3rd International Conference on Modeling, Simulation, Optimization and Algorithm (ICMSOA 2021) will be held during Nov. 12-14, 2021 at Sanya, Hainan Province, China. The Conference looks for significant contributions to all major fields of Computational Modeling, Simulation, Optimization and Algorithm in theoretical and practical aspects. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field.

Biography: Dr. Subhabrata Banerjee is a Professor in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, India. He was awarded National Scholarship by WBED, West Bengal Government. He received his M.Tech. and PhD degrees in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from renowned Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. He initially worked as Programmer Analysist in Cognizant Technology Solution and then is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Future Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, India and as Associate Professor in the same institution thereafter. He is now working as Professor in Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, India since 2021. He was authored numerous articles published in prestigious journals including Wireless Personal Communication (Springer), Personal and Ubiquitous Computing (Springer), International Journal of Communication Systems (Wiley) and Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET, UK). He has published more than 30 papers in International Conferences and International Journals of repute. He also published book chapter under IET,UK publication. His current research interests include Communication and Coding Theory, Machine Learning, Robotics, IOT, Control System, and Evolutionary Algorithms, Soft Computation.
Assoc. Prof. Harco Leslie Hendric Spits Warnars

Biography: Harco Leslie Hendric Spits Warnars is Head of Concentration of Information Systems at Doctor of Computer Science (DCS) Bina Nusantara University (http://dcs.binus.ac.id) and supervisor some Ph.D. students in Computer Science. He did Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in the Information Systems field from STMIK Budi Luhur (http://fti.budiluhur.ac.id/id/), Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia with title S.Kom (Sarjana Komputer) between 1991-1995 with a bachelor thesis topic about information systems using Budi Luhur scholarship. Between 2004-2006 he continued his Master's degree in Computer Science with major field Information Technology in University Indonesia, with degree title M.T.I. (Magister Teknologi Informasi) (http://mti.cs.ui.ac.id/indonesia/?mod=content&type=home) with master thesis topic about Datawarehouse which was funded by Budi Luhur university. His Ph.D. Computer Science was done at The Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester, United Kingdom (http://www2.mmu.ac.uk/science-engineering/), with a Ph.D. Thesis topic about Data Mining between 2008-2012. His Ph.D. Was funded by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, Republic of Indonesia (DIKTI) scholarship.
He has been teaching computer science subjects since 1995. He has an Indonesian national lecturer degree Lektor Kepala (550) since 2007 which is recognized as Associate Professor. He had awarded some research grants such as Program of research incentive of national innovation system (SINAS) from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia and Incentives article in the International Journal from the directorate of research and community service, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia.

Dr. Pratibhamoy Das
Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology, Patna, India
Biography: Dr. Pratibhamoy Das is an Assistant Professor of Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology Patna. He works mainly on the optimal accurate numerical analysis of singularly perturbed differential equations and approximations of fractional integro differential equations. Presently, he is working on the a posteriori estimate generation for system of boundary/interior layer originated parabolic problems and theoretical aspects and least square based optimal accurate solutions for fractional integro differential models.
Before joining to IIT Patna, he was an Einstein Foundation Fellow at Institute fur Mathematik, Technische Universitat Berlin, Germany, where he worked with the group of Prof. Volker Mehrmann. He was also a visiting faculty at IISER Bhopal and NBHM Fellow at Indian Institute of Science Bangalore. He did his master from IIT Bombay and doctorate from IIT Guwahati. At present, he has plenty of international MathScinet and SCI listed publications and single author publications. He is also receipt of several awards, including Young Scientist Award at 100th Indian Science Congress and also DAAD Research Ambassador of Germany.
Assoc. Prof. Jinyang Xu

Biography: Dr. Jinyang Xu, MASME, MSCS, AMIMechE, is currently an Associate Professor and a Doctoral Supervisor of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. His main research interests concern the machining of fibrous composites utilizing both experimental and numerical methodologies as well as the micromachining of functional surfaces for dental dentures. His key skills and expertise lie in the multi-scale analysis of machining fibrous composites in relation to subsurface imperfections and the investigations addressing the mechanisms of heat transfer and issues of heat-induced damage for composites subjected to mechanical machining. He has published over 40 articles in highly-ranked JCR-referenced journals as a first/corresponding author, co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed papers, and edited 8 special issues, 1 monograph & 2 book chapters, being cited over 1400 times with an h-index of 20 according to the Google Scholar Citation database. He is currently serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Coating Science and Technology (JCST) and the International Journal of Product Sound Quality (IJPSQ, INDERSCIENCE PUBLISHERS, UK), the Associate Editor of SIMULATION - Transactions of the Society for Modeling and Simulation International (indexed by SCIE/EI), and the Academic Editors/Board Members of Green Materials (indexed by SCIE/EI), International Journal of Aerospace Engineering (indexed by SCIE/EI), LUBRICANTS, Journal of Composites Science (indexed by ESCI/SCOPUS), Journal of Engineering (indexed by ESCI/SCOPUS), and Current Materials Science (indexed by EI/SCOPUS). Moreover, Dr. Xu is also serving as a scientific reviewer for over 50 international scholarly journals indexed by SCI/SCIE/SCOPUS, such as IJMTM, JMPT, IJAMT, IJMS, COST, WEAR, etc. He has been invited as Keynote/Invited Speakers, Section Chairs, and TPC members for a number of international conferences (e.g., APMAS conference series, FAIM conference series, ICMEM conference series, EM2022, MD2021, AMSE2021, etc.) with themes in materials science and manufacturing processes. He is the principal investigator of some national and provincial projects, including the NSFC grants, Shanghai Pujiang Talents Program, Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology projects, State Key Laboratory of Mechanical System and Vibration fund projects, as well as a number of industrial projects. For his notable and outstanding research in the field of Materials Processing & Manufacturing, he was honored with the 2020 IAAM Scientist Medal by the world-renowned scientific research organization in the fields of materials science - The International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM) and received the Best Paper Awards at the CJUMP2017 and the ISGMA2015 conferences.

Each Registration fee included:

Refund policy:
1) Full registration fee will be refunded(the service charge will not be refunded if thereis any, usually for 0.6000%) if the paper is withdrawn before 15 Aug, 2021.
2) 75% of the registration fee will be refunded if if the paper is withdrawn before 15 Sep, 2021.
3) The registration fee will not be refunded if the retraction is required after 16 Sep, 2021.
