Conference Schedule
Usually, the conference will cost three days. The first day is for Sign-in in the hotel lobby, the second day is the conference day, keynote speeches/oral presentations/poster presentation will be on this day, the third day is for academic visit in local universities/organizations.
Participante the Conference
1. For each accepted paper, at least one author or qualified proxy should register for attending the conference, and present the paper in the assigned session, to deliver an oral presentation or as a poster. The conference organizer and the Publisher reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, if the paper is not presented at the conference. No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the no show author.
2. If the authors have, or anticipate, unforeseen circumstances endangering or preventing the presentation, one should notify the conference secretary as soon as possible with the valid proof of the restrictions. Substitute presenters may be possible or, depending on conference resources, other accommodations may be available, such as a remote presentation or pre-recorded video.
Hotel Booking
As the conference organizing committee are not responsible for the hotel booking, you can book the hotel by yourself. Usually, we will offer a list for conference hotel and hotels besides in the conference munal.
The presenter should start all necessary procedures and approvals (e.g., travel funding, visa application) after receiving notification that the paper is accepted for the conference.
Conference Meal
One lunch/dinner/both(it depends on each conference) on the conference day will be covered by the conference organizing committee, it will be buffet or table dinning according to different conference. If you'd like to have lunch by your own or have other arrangements, please indicate us in advance.
Certificates
Certificates and crystal card will be offered to all speakers. If it is online conference, the certificates will be sent to you after the conferece.
Mailing of hard copy
The hard copy of conference proceedings will be mailed to you after the publication and the eletric copy will be sent via Email.
