Prof. Zhen Yang

Biography: Dr. Zhen Yang is a Professor at Department of Energy and Power Engineering, Tsinghua University. He received his B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in 2002 and 2007, respectively. He was a post doctor at School of Mechanical Engineering, Purdue University, West Lafayette, USA during 2008-2010. He joined Tsinghua University in 2010. His research interest includes Thermal Energy Storage, Solar Thermal Power System, Boiling & Condensation, Flow and Heat Transfer in Porous Materials. He has published about 100 peer-reviewed articles in leading journals, including Applied Energy, Energy Conversion and Management, Energy, etc. He was the Keynote Speakers at 2012 Annual Conference of Heat and Mass Transfer of China Society of Engineering Thermophysics, and the 6th International conference on cooling and heating technologies (Xi’an, China). He served as the Session Chair of the 16th International Heat Transfer Conference (Beijing, China, 2018), the Technical Member of the 5th International Conference on Renewable Energy Technologies (ICRET 2019, Seoul, South Korea, 2019) and the Scientific Committee Member of the 7th International Symposium on Micro and Nano Technology (Qingdao, China, 2019)

Prof. Jizhong Zhu

Biography: Jizhong Zhu was born in Sichuan, China in 1966. He received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 1985, 1987, and 1990, respectively. He was a Professor at Chongqing University in China in 1994, Royal Society Fellow and visiting Professor at Brunel University in UK in 1995, Research Fellow at National University of Singapore in 1996, Research Fellow at Howard University, USA during 1997-2000, Fellow and Senior Principal Engineer at ALSTOM Grid in USA during 2000-2015, National Distinguished Expert at EPRI, China Southern Power Grid during Jan. 2016-May 2018 and now Professor at South China University of Technology since June 2019. His research interests include Power and Energy Systems, Applying Optimization Techniques, and Artificial Intelligence to Power Systems, Research and Development of Energy Management Systems (EMS) , Research and Development of Market Management System (MMS) , Renewable Energy Application (Wind and Solar Energy, Microgrid), Distribution Network Optimization and Smart Grid.

Prof. Renjie Ji

China University of Petroleum, Qingdao, China

Biography: Renjie Ji was born in Qingdao, China in 1982. He received the B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical and electronic engineering from China University of Petroleum, China, in 2005 and 2011, respectively. He worked as a lecturer for China University of Petroleum from 2011-2012. Since 2012 he became the associate professor, doctoral tutor of China University of Petroleum. Since 2017 he became a professor at China University of Petroleum in China. During this period, he has done many research as a principal investigator in many projects, most of them were supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China. Now he has published more than 80 refereed journal papers and has presented more than 10 international conferences papers. For the commercialization of the results of his research work, 32 patents have also been granted. More than 11 items of awards have been gotten, most awards to him were for the science and technology success. He was also selected as a Hong Kong scholar, which was supported by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and Hong Kong association of scholars in 2015.

Prof. Qingsheng Zeng

Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), Nanjing, China

Biography: Qingsheng Zeng (S'97--M'02--SM'11) received his Ph.D. from University of Ottawa, Canada, and is currently a distinguished professor and PhD advisor of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), an adjunct professor and PhD advisor of University of Ottawa, Carleton University, Université du Québec an Outaouais (UQO), and Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique -- Centre Energie, Matériaux et Télécommunications (INRS-EMT), a guest professor of Harbin Engineering University (HEU), Northwestern Polytechnic University (NWPU), Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications (BUPT) and Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU).

He has been a research engineer and a senior research engineer at Communications Research Centre Canada (CRC), Government of Canada. Dr. Zeng has undertaken research and teaching in several fields, including antenna analysis and design, electromagnetic compatibility and interference (EMC/EMI), ultra wideband technology, radio wave propagation, computational electromagnetics. He is the Chair of AP (Antennas and Propagation) / MTT (Microwave Theory and Techniques) Joint Chapter and Secretary of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Chapter of IEEE Ottawa, a Member of IEEE Canada Industry Relations Committee, and a senior member of IEEE. Dr. Zeng has been a member of the Strategic Projects Grant (SPG) Selection Panel (Information and Communications Technologies B) for the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), a member of Site Visit Committee of NSERC Industrial Research Chair (IRC), and a reviewer of NSERC Industrial R&D Fellowships.

Prof. Cheng-Fu Yang

National University of Kaohsiung, Kaohsiung, Taiwan

Biography: Cheng-Fu Yang was born in Taiwan on July. 12, 1964. Yang gained his B.Sc., Master, and PhD degrees in 1986, 1988, and 1993 from Department of Electrical Engineering of National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan. After obtained the PhD degree, Yang entered academic life in 1993, first at the Department of Electronic Engineering, Chinese Air Force Academy (CAFA), Taiwan, and since February 2000 as a professor at CAFA. In February 2004 he joined as a Professor of Chemical and Materials Engineering of the National University of Kaohsiung (NUK).

His current research interests are focused on fine ceramics, microwave ceramics, dielectric thin films, optical materials, transparent conducting oxides, solar cell materials, microwave antennas, and microwave microstrip filters. So far, he has published more than 240 SCI and 160 EI international journal papers and also has published more than 300 domestic and international conference papers. Prof. Yang is a reviewer of more than fifty different journals in his research fields. He is a guest editor of several academic journals in his field and he is a member of editor board of “Journal of Electrical and Electronic Engineering” and “Journal of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing”. Now he is an ACES member and published a paper in ACES journal. He is a reviewer for the papers submitted in ACES journal. He is the first one to investigate a printing method with low environmental pollution to fabricate the microwave filters and antennas, as the printing method does not require FeCl3 solution to etch the Cu plate from the surfaces of the Duroid or FR4 substrates. Also, his paper published in Journal of ElectroMagnetic Waves and Applications (A novel compact 2.4/5.2 GHz dual wideband bandpass filter with deep transmission zero, 25 (2011) 617-628) was a highly cited paper on 2012.

He obtained “The Outstanding Contribution Awards of the Chinese Ceramic Society” in 2009. Prof. Yang was the first one to be the distinguished professor of NUK on August 2009. So far, he was been one of the general chairs in six international conferences and been one of the committee in over ten international conferences. He has also encouraged in developing the research field of microwave communications, and now he is one of general chairs in the annual conference “International Conference on Innovation, Communication and Engineering” (ICICE 2014 and ICICE 2015). Importantly, he was the fellow of Taiwan Institute of Knowledge Innovation (TIKI) on Oct. 2014 and the fellow of Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) on May 2015. Now, he obtained the Minjiang Scholarship of Fukien Province, China and he was the Visiting chair professor of Jimei University, Fujian.

Prof. Xiao Huang

Tongren University, Tongren, China

Biography: Dr. Xiao Huang is an professor at Tongren University. He received his MD degree from Ningbo University in 2011 and PhD degree from Chongqing University in 2014. Subsequently, he joined School of Sports and Health Science, Tongren University. He is now working in the field of biomedical engineering to develop various smart drug/gene delivery.
His scientific work has been published as more than 20 papers in prestigious journals (Nanoscale, Nanotechnology, International Journal of Pharmaceutics, etc.), 3 monographs and 5 patents. The awards he received include high level innovative talents (Guizhou Province, 2016), patent award for health and family planning system (Wanzhou Chongqing, 2015).Now he is serving as invited reviewers for several journals including Mat. Sci. Eng. C, Process Biochem., J. Nanopart. Res. etc.

Dr. Xiaolin Wang

University of Tasmania, Hobart, Australia

Biography: Associate Professor Xiaolin Wang obtained his B. Eng. and Ph.D. from the Xi’an Jiaotong University in China. He is currently working as an Associate Professor and Associate Head of Engineering at the School of Engineering, University of Tasmania. He enjoys a strong record in research fields including cooling and power engineering, process engineering, desalination and application & utilization of renewable energy.

He is a Fellow of Engineers Australia and a member of World Society of Sustainable Energy Technologies. He won the 2005 Ludwig Mond Prize by Institute of Mechanical Engineers, United Kingdom, which is awarded for the best contribution or contributions made during the previous year to the progress of mechanical engineering of interest to the chemical industry. He also won 2009 Australia China Young Scientist Exchange Program Award, 2016 Australia Japan Emerging Research Leader Program Award, 2016 UTAS Dean’s award for outstanding research. He was named as field leader in thermal science by the Australian Research in 2018. He has published more than 150 papers and completed research grants at a total value of more than $6 million.

Dr. Liang Zhao

Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China

Biography: Zhao Liang, Ph. D, Associate Professor, Dalian University of Technology, School of Control Science and engineering, master Tutor. Engaged in industrial Internet, intelligent control and building energy system information, such as research, IEC International Standard committee member, Liaoning province excellent doctoral dissertation winner, British Staffordshire University visiting scholar.

Responsible for the national Ministry of Industry Green Manufacturing System integration project 1, Liaoning Province Science and technology innovation major special Projects 1, responsible for the enterprise commissioned a number of projects, participation in the national 863 key projects, the national Science and Technology Support Project 1, the National Natural Science Fund project and so on, by the Geneva International Invention Award 1 Liaoning Province Science and Technology progress Third Prize 1, obtains the patent 2, the software Copyright Registration 5, publishes the paper 50 papers.

Prof. Zunxian Yang

Fuzhou University, Fuzhou, China

Biography: Zunxian Yang was born in Hubei. China on May. 29, 1973. He gained his B.Sc., Master, and PhD degrees in 1997, 2001, and 2004 from Wuhan University of Technology(Wuhan, China), Wuhan University of Technology(Wuhan, China) and Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai, respectively. After obtained the PhD degree, he has been engaged in the research work since 2004, first at the Department of Electronics Science and Technology, Fuzhou University(FZU), Fuzhou, and since July 2013 as a professor at FZU.

His current research interests are focused on Graphene, TiO2 based nanomaterials, Sn or SnO2 based nanomaterials, carbon nanotubes, and other lithium storage materials; Li-ion batteries materials, fuel cell and photolectronics materials&devices . So far, he has published more than 50 SCI and 60 EI international journal papers. Prof. Yang is a reviewer of more than thirty different journals in his research fields. He is a member of editor board of many famous Journal in his research field. He has granted many awards during his research work including The second prizes of the 12th, 11th and 10th fujian excellent scientific and technological papers. He has applied more than 50 Chinese invention patents, and up to now, more than 30 Chinese invention patents have been authorized.

Dr. Maohua Li

Xi'an Siyuan University, Xi'an, China

Biography: Dr. Maohua Li is an associate professor at Xi'an Siyuan University. He received his MD degree from Shaanxi Normal University in 2009 and PhD degree from European Szent Istvan University in 2018. And then, he set up the Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility, and become the director of this institute.This institute is focusing on environment protection, sustainable development and social responsibility. He joined School of Business, Xi'an Siyuan University. He is now working in the field of social responsibility and environment protection. He has published more than 30 papers in prestigious journals and international conferences, 10 of which have been indexed in SCI, EI, CICP, etc.

He has finished more than 10 research projects and received many awards because of his excellent teaching and researching work. He is a CMA and member of IMA (Institute of management accounting), and an auditor in China.

Dr. Zhao Yang

Research Assistant Professor, American University, Washington,DC, America

Biography: Dr. Yang conducts research mainly in big data analytics, high performance computing and statistical machine learning theory. He is currently Research Assistant Professor at Computer Science Department, American University, and holds PhD in computer science from University of New Orleans.

He is the recipient of 2015 Alan Berman Research Publication Award, Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), Washington D.C. (Best Paper Award within the Department of the Navy).

Research Interests: big data analytics, high performance computing and statistical machine learning theory


Dr. Dalin Zhang

University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia

Biography: Dalin Zhang received his B.S. degree from Jilin University, Changchun, China, and the M.E. degree from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2012 and 2015, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the School of Computer Science and Engineering, University of New South Wales, Sydney, NSW, Australia. Dalin served in the Program Committee and/or as invited reviewer of multiple high-impact research venues such as ICONIP, IEEE TNSRE, IEEE JBHI and Human Brain Map. His current research interests include brain-computer interface, human activity recognition, and Internet of Things.

Dr. Hassanien, Reda Hassanien Emam

Biography: Dr. Reda Hassanien is an Associate Professor at Cairo University; Faculty of Agriculture- Agricultural Engineering Department, His expertise is mainly related to Agricultural Bio-environment and Energy Engineering, Environmental Control in Greenhouses (natural and mechanical ventilation, Cooling and Heating systems) and Effects of sound waves on plants. Moreover, Solar Energy Applications in the Agricultural Sector (Agro photovoltaics, Solar cooling and heating systems).

Dr. G. I. Rashed

Wuhan University, Wuhan, China

Biography: Dr. G. I. Rashed is an Associate Professor at Wuhan University, School of Electrical Engineering, Wuhan, China. He received His Ph.D. Degrees in Electrical Engineering (power system and its automation) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, Hubei, China, in 2008. Dr. Rashed is supervisor of several MSc. Students in electrical engineering and has more than 35 published papers in high quality journals and international conferences. He already attends more than 20 international conferences and served as keynote speakers and session chair.

Research interests: Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in power systems, Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) and their Control design (particularly TCSC), Evolutionary Optimization Techniques and their applications in power system, Renewable Energies, Power System Analysis and Control, and Smart Grids.


Dr. Bing Wang

China University of Mining and Technology, Beijing, China

Biography: Bing WANG earned his PhD from Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research, School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology. As a visiting Scholar in University of Ottawa, Canada, he has done an internship research program from 2013 to 2014 sponsored by China Scholarship Council. He currently is a faculty member as Associate Professor in School of Energy and Mining Engineering, China University of Mining and Technology, Beijing (CUMTB) and a researcher in Beijing Key Laboratory for Precise Mining of Intergrown Energy and Resources, CUMTB.

Dr. Wang has more than 20 peer-reviewed publications in journals such as Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Energy Economics, Applied Energy, Journal of Cleaner Production, Energy Policy, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, Natural Hazards etc. These papers include 20 papers cited in SCI/SSCI and three papers highlighted in ISI ESI (Essential Science Indicator) highly cited papers.

His areas of research interest/expertise include energy transition strategy policy modeling, renewable energy development policy, energy economic and climate change impact assessment. During his research period, he has obtained some prizes, including National doctoral scholarship by Ministry of Education of China, Beijing Excellent PhD graduate, Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Beijing Institute of Technology etc. He has host programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 71704178), the program of “Beijing-funded Plan for Talents” (No. 2017000020124G133), National Statistical Science Research Project (No. 2017LY10), and Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities (No. 2017QZ03). Dr. Ke Ma

Biography: Dr. Ke Ma is the research liaison of City Science Lab @ Shanghai affiliated to College of Design and Innovation, in cooperation with MIT Media Lab, Tongji University, China. His research work concentrates on human-computer interaction applied to user experience, data visualization, tangible interface, and interactive media performance. He also engages Artificial Intelligence to implement intelligent systems for music composition, cancer therapy, together with social and collaborative robots.

Biography: Dr. Liang An received his PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, China. He is currently an Assistant Professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr. Syed Mushhad Mustuzhar Gilani

Biography: Dr. Syed Mushhad Mustuzhar Gilani is an Assistant Professor at University Institute of Information Technology, PMAS-AAUR, Pakistan. He received his Ph.D. from School of Computer Science at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunication, China. He received his MS (Computer Science) degree from IQRA University Islamabad, Pakistan obtained his M.Sc. degree in the Computer Science from The University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan in 2004. He has published more than 25 papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. He has supervised fifty students of graduate, seven postgraduate while three Ph.D. students are in progress.

Dr. Wang Ning

Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China

Biography: Dr. Ning Wang is an assistant professor at School of Chemical Engineering and Technology of Sun Yat-sen University. He received his MD degree from South China Normal University in 2009 and PhD degree from Nanyang Technological University in 2017. He is now working in the field of 2D materials to develop new technologies for the marine anticorrosion and new treatment methods for the marine contamination. He has published more than 20 peer-review papers in Materials Today, Journal of Materials Chemistry C, Advanced Materials Interfaces, Journal of Colloid and Interface Science, etc. He is also serving as invited reviewers for several journals including Nanoscale, Energy and Buildings, Journal of Alloys and Compounds, etc.

Dr. Jinyang Xu

Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China

Biography: Dr. Jinyang Xu is a tenure-track assistant professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. He was awarded the Shanghai Pujiang Talents Program by the Shanghai Municipality in 2017. He received his Ph.D. from the Arts et Métiers ParisTech, France, in 2016 and his M.S. from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, in 2013. His research interests include composites machining, numerical modeling, micro/nano cutting and surface texturing. He has published over fifty peer-reviewed articles in international journals/conferences and edited four special issues in international journals/conferences. He was invited as an international committee member of APMAS2019 (October 22-28, 2019, Oludeniz, Turkey), ICEMSEE2020 (March 10-11, 2020, Taipei, China), ECMC2020 (June 09-11, 2020, Stockholm, Sweden) and AMSE2020 (July 22-25, 2020, Vienna, Austria) conferences. He is currently serving as the Editorial Board Member of Current Chinese Engineering Science (CENG) and International Journal of Mechanical Engineering and Applications (IJMEA), the Associate Editorial Board Member of Current Materials Science (CMS) and Current Mechanics and Advanced Materials (CMAM), and the Lead Guest Editor of Journal of Applied and Computational Mechanics (JACM). For his research contributions to the machining science of composite/metal stacks, he received the Best Paper Awards at the CJUMP2017 (November 19-21, 2017, Shanghai, China) and the ISGMA2015 (June 23-27, 2015, Qingdao, China) conferences. He was nominated for the Pierre Bézier Doctoral Dissertation Award in 2016 and was the recipient of the National Government Study Abroad Scholarship of China (2013), the Excellent Master Thesis Award of Shanghai Municipality (2013), the Excellent Graduate Award of Shanghai Municipality (2013), and the National Graduate Scholarship of China (2012).

Dr. Yupeng Qin

Biography: Dr. Yupeng Qin received his PhD degree in Applied Mathematics from Dalian University of Technology in 2018. He is now work as a lecturer of School of Science at Henan Institute of Technology.
His research interests mainly include numerical and analytical methods in applied mathematics, bubble dynamics, fluid mechanics, solitons and so on. He has participated in five projects of NSFC and MIIT, and published more than ten authoritative papers till now.

Dr. Lalith Edirisinghe

Biography: Doctor Lalith Edirisinghe was born in Sri Lanka on the 16th of January 1961. He studied Science and Mathematics at the Ananda College Colombo, Sri Lanka. In 1981 he joined the Merchant Navy of Sri Lanka as a Cadet officer. In 2010 he pursued his Postgraduate studies in Business Management from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka with a distinction pass. Later in 2013, he explored the global essence of postgraduate education at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka thus perusing a Master of Business Administration Degree in International Trade and Logistics in collaboration with the University of Canberra, Australia.In 2016, he obtained his Doctor of Engineering Degree major in Transportation planning and Logistics Management offered by Dalian Maritime University, Dalian, China. During this period in Dalian he was teaching maritime management, dangerous goods handling and container control. He has also obtained the certificate of the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code from the North West Kent College in the United Kingdom in 2009.

His PhD research was on container inventory imbalance and it was concerned with the absence of collaboration in liner shipping which is a global issue that results loss of billions of dollars every year and huge environmental hazard. Dalian Maritime University commenced education partnership with Sri Lanka campus namely CINEC Maritime campus in 2005. Doctor Lalith Edirisinghe became the most crucial contact point in the higher education sector between China and Sri Lanka due to this partnership. At present he is the in charge of undergraduate, Master and PhD programs conducted by Dalian Maritime University in Sri Lanka. With the affiliation in the transport and logistics sector he set up a goal to make “logistics” a subject in the school curriculum. He took the leadership, with the blessings of the management of CINEC Maritime Campus, in popularizing Logistics education in Sri Lanka through awareness programs in schools, PR articles, seminars, Interschools Quiz competitions, Essay competitions, inter university competitions etc. he was the project chairman of the first ever National Logistics Awards conducted in Sri Lanka.

Dr. Husam Shaheen

Biography: Dr. Husam I. Shaheen is an Associate Professor at Tishreen University; Faculty of Mech.& Elect. Engineering- Electrical Power Engineering Department, Latakia, Syria.

He received His MSc. and Ph.D. Degrees both in electrical engineering (Power system and its automation) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, Hubei, China, in 2005 and 2008, respectively. Dr. Shaheen started his academic work with the department of electrical power engineering at Tishreen University in 2008. In 2015, he joined the ISEC Program at Xiamen University of Technology (XMUT) for three years. Dr. Shaheen is a supervisor of several Ph.D. and MSc. students in electrical engineering. Topics include, GIS application in reliability and security of power systems, Artificial Intelligence application of Microgrid control, Improvement of PV system performance, etc. He has been appointed as a General Chair and TPC member of several International conferences. Biography: Dr. Stone Tseng is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GCCAlliance Inc. since company inception in 2012. GCCAlliance’s innovative Software Defined Energy (SDE) solution enables Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) and high energy efficient green modular data center approaching to PUE 1. The SDE is the fundamental and a subsystem of Energy Internet in the Third Industrial Revolution and applies in Internet Data Center. The technology is potentially incorporated in the Smart Public Grid to enable the Internet commercial business model of distributed power generation and energy storage. The patented technology “Energy Virtualization” and Distributed Micro DC Grid Power and Energy Storage System received many awards in the Green Technology and Internet Data Center industries. The Green Technologies invented by Dr. Stone Tseng and GCCAlliance Inc., R&D team have been granted for more than 30 patents.

Dr. Tseng was Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Solutions Engineering & Sales Operation, Nortel Greater China Region from 2006 to 2011. Dr. Tseng held various positions in Nortel Networks and Bell Northern Research both in North America and Asia Pacific since 1990 including, Vice President of Nortel Global WiMAX/4G Ecosystem, Vice President of Nortel Asia Wireless Business Unit, and senior management positions in research & development, product portfolio management, marketing, sales operation, and business development. He led the Wireless Internet communication research & development team in Nortel which made significant contribution to the Global Wireless Communications Technologies evolving from wireless 2G, 3G, to 4G-LTE systems and standards. In his responsibility as senior management of Nortel R&D division (Bell Northern Research), he led more than 20 scientists, including in 12 Ph.D. members, and contributed more than 100 patents in the wireless communications areas. Prior to Nortel, he was senior R&D engineer of Taiwan Industry Technology Research Institute in 1984 and Motorola-USA in 1988.

Dr. Stone received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tamkang University (Taiwan) in 1982. He received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1987 and 1994 respectively. Dr. Tseng has been IEEE senior member since 1996. He served as President of the Chinese Institute of Engineers/USA-Dallas and Fort Worth chapter in 2000, and served as Vice Chairman of China TD forum in 2008 and 2009. He was Canada APAC telecom meeting delegate. He was invited speaker in China CEO Forum and WTO China round-table meeting.

Biography: Bo Li received the M.S. and Ph.D degrees in Communication and Information System from Liaoning University of Technology and Dalian Maritime University, in 2005 and 2015 respectively. He is an associate professor and M.S. supervisor in Liaoning University of Technology. His research interests include modern information fusion, modern engineering technology and digital signal processing. Dr. Zihe Gao

Biography: Zihe Gao is a lecture of School of Civil Engineering, Zhengzhou University (ZZU). His academic career started with a Bachelor’s degree in 2011 from Zhengzhou University, China, followed by a joint Ph.D. degree at University of Science and Technology of China, China, and Ghent University, Belgium, in 2016 with Professors Jinhua Sun, Jie Ji and Bart Merci. Dr. Zihe Gao’s research interests include energy and heat transfer behavior in tunnel-like structures and high-rise buildings, natural and mechanical ventilation, buoyancy plume and ceiling jet flows. Dr. YAU Hon Keung

Dr Hon Keung YAU got his first degree in Communications Engineering at the University of Kent at Canterbury (U.K.). Afterwards, he earned my master degrees (Computer Engineering and Engineering Management) at Queensland University of Technology, and MBA at Heriot Watt University. Finally, he obtained my PhD at the University of Queensland, Australia. Now he is teaching at the City University of Hong Kong.
