ABOUT ICAICC2023

The first International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing (ICAICC 2020) was held online at Dec. 19, 2020 via Tencent Meeting, which had been published in IOP Science, Journal of Physics: Conference Series(JPCS), Online ISSN: 1742-6596; Print ISSN: 1742-6588, and indexed by Ei Compendex/Inspec/Scopus, etc. The 2nd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing (ICAICC 2022) was held online and were published by Atlantis Press(Part of Springer Nature).

The integrated development of artificial intelligence technology and cloud computing has gradually become inseparable from the development of education, society and cities. Artificial intelligence computes and analyzes massive data and realizes the diversification of artificial intelligence task processing. In the context of the past two successful conferences for dicussion and communication, 2023 The 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing will be held Online during May 27-28, 2023. This year, ICAICC 2023 will be driven by the theme “Artificial Intelligence in Education and Cloud Computing in Intelligent Society” aiming to emphasize the potential of advanced technologies to find innovative solutions to challenges facing society today.

ORGANIZER

Yaseen Academy is located in Wuhan, Hubei, China, focusing on international academic conferences organizing and international academic journals cooperation in areas of science and engineering, aiming to provide a high-level and open academic platform for global scholars, researchers and practitioner. REVIEWING PROCESS

A preliminary review was conducted by the main editor to make sure all papers are included in the call-for-paper areas of this conference, if not, the submission will be rejected or suggested to other applicable conferences. On this occasion, only the approved papers were sent for peer-reviewed. The included submissions will then be numbered and sent to the conference committee members(reviewers) for peer-review, the author names, emails and affiliations were removed constantly in this process.

For the peer review process, each reviewer will be asked to fill in the reviewing form and 9 criteria in total are to be scored (5-point scale, with 1=lowest and 5=highest), including:

①Originality: Is the work relevant and novel

②Motivation: Does the problem considered have a sound motivation

③Repetition: Have significant parts of the manuscript already been published

④Length: Is the content of the work of sufficient scientific interest to justify its length

⑤Conclusion: Does the paper contain a carefully conclusion, summarizing what has been learned and why it is useful

⑥Reference: Is the reference adequate and necessary

⑦Structure: Is the manuscript structure(including the title, abstract and the content) rational

⑧Language: Is the language accurate and readable

⑨Diagrams, figures, tables and captions: Are they essential and clear

⑩Also the reviewer will give an overall evaluation or Detailed reviewing result(if any). In the end of the form, the final decision of Accept/Revision/Reject should be selected. No matter which selection the paper was marked, we send the whole reviewing form to the authors. When it is marked by Revision, we will have a double check of the revised papers before acceptation.

REGISTRATION

Notes:

1) Co-authors who wish to participate can register as listeners.

2) One regular registration with one or more co-authors has only one proceeding book.

3) For each accepted paper, at least one author should register for attending the conference, and present the paper in the assigned session, to deliver an oral presentation or as a poster. The conference organizer and the Publisher reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, if the paper is not presented at the conference. No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the no show author.

4) If the authors have, or anticipate, unforeseen circumstances endangering or preventing the presentation, one should notify the conference secretary as soon as possible with the valid proof of the restrictions. Substitute presenters may be possible or, depending on conference resources, other accommodations may be available, such as a remote presentation or pre-recorded video.
